Just a quick update to mention I've now added my live webcam feed from my laptop to this blog which you should be able to see on the right hand side. The idea is when I activate the webcam it will send a live webcam image still every 2 to 5 mins so it doesn't slow my internet down :)

There is also another new feature above the webcam image which is the follow my blog email option so whenever there is an update to this blog you can be notified by email rather than periodically checking here. This was requested by some of my work colleagues who aren't so computer savvy and want updates on how I'm getting on.

The email feature uses a google feature called Feedburner which I am not sure will be discontinued soon or not but if it does I will change it.

Only 43 days to go until I embark on my Journey into SE Asia.

Over the last week i've just been finalising my arrangements with my room in our flat share and decided it will be best to give this up as I am unsure as of when I will return. My room is mostly packed already and only a few bits of stuff remain which I will need up until I leave.

On Saturday I opened an account with Metro Bank in Sutton which will allow me free withdrawals when I am abroad :)

The pic below is of friends and family of Moni's actually lifting and carrying her dads hut to a new location so they can build me somewhere to stay when I come live with them.
